Really really happy with J40 carpets and flooring , excellent communication throughout. Nick and the team were all so friendly, efficient and accommodating. We had carpets supplied and fitted to 4 bedrooms, landing and stairs. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely the best service we've ever had. Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and helpful. All our laminate flooring was extremely well laid. The carpets are beautiful too. All really good quality. We would highly recommend for all your flooring needs.

J40 Carpets and Flooring , Highly rate these guys , Customer service is second to non , no pressure on purchases , Ordered some vinyl flooring and I dealt with Nick , Fair price , he informed me when it had arrived and due to no fault of J40 I was unable to pick it up on the arranged day , J40 went above and beyond , Harrison delivered it at my convenience. 10/10 would deal with them again , No pushy sales just an overall genuine business. 5 star from me

Found J40 by accident really whilst looking for a particular brand of carpet. Spoke to them on the phone and was immediately impressed by their assistance.
Went into the shop and spoke to Nick and Harrison who were informative, helpful and friendly.
We placed our order and the carpet was fitted by two excellent and polite carpet fitters.
You can have every confidence in J40 carpets.
I would not hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
If you're looking for a wide range of carpets to choose from and a first class personable and reliable independent flooring company then don't waste your time looking elsewhere, just go to J40.

I cannot recommend Nick and the whole team enough! The customer service, advice and support was excellent. The quality of the carpets is amazing. I will definitely be using J40 carpets again.
I had my lounge hall and stairs carpets supplied and fitted by the team at J40 a few weeks ago. I then had a new bedroom carpet fitted last week. It was a bit complicated due to some logistical challenges that were going to be a potential problem. But Harrison was quick to offer support and positive solutions. Jordan who fitted the carpet was just totally amazing. I honed cannot recommend these guys enough! You will not be disappointed! Plus my carpets are just perfect
Thanks to every single member of the team your just the best!
